My friend who is trying the P90X, She can not walk or breathe most of the time because she is so sore. I knew it was not what I was looking for. I just found what looks like a great fit for me, it is called Body Gospel. An entire diet and excercise regiment instead of burning every calorie you ate today and yesterday combined!
